I remember when we first got our house last year he said to do my part on strengthening my credit because he will do his part to get our interest rate down when it was time! 11 months later and here we are! David originally contacted me and said we could get our interest rate down to a 6.4% from our insane interest rate 7.625% via Streamline Refinance.
